A fantastic intercooler and plumbing solution
for your E36 From 666 Fabrication
We are now offering intercooler & piping kits to compliment 666
fabrication E36 as well as VAC bottom mount tubular turbo
manifolds.
With some modification, these should work with many other manifolds
as well and offer excelent fitment and performance for the turbo
enthusiast that apreciates quality.
The greatest physical challenge in fabricating a turbo kit is
making intercooler pluming that flows well while fitting properly
and offering good clearance.
Worry about that no more... Featuring completely TIG welded
mandrel-bent & fully polished aluminum, this IC piping kit uses
(2) 2.5" pipes to bring you from the turbo to the inlet of the
intercooler. Another 2.5" pipe from the intercooler outlet to the
factory hole in the drivers side fender well, and finally to a 3"
pipe to the throttle body.
It also offers great fit and no hacking up components like many kit
we have seen.
The kit includes:
- 666 Fabrication Mandrel-bent Piping
- 'Precision Turbo' Intercooler core
- (6) quality silicone couplers,
- (12) t-bolt clamps,
- Blow off or bypass valve flange of your choice welded to the 3"
pipe.
Intercooler Piping ONLY, with no intercooler core is now
available for our DIY customers and shops as well.
In this kit, The charge pipes are routed OVER the
subframe so you can drive with the peace of mind that a speed
bump or dip in the road will not lead to the demise or detachment
of your shiny new intercooler piping.
Designed to use either of the "500hp" or "750hp" air to air
intercoolers from Precision Turbo. These intercoolers have a
31.5" length between outlets so other similar sized intercoolers
should work as well. These also use 2.75" outlets so if you plan to
use an intercooler with different size in/outs please call use so
we can supply you with the correct couplers.
On your turbocharger, a 90* elbow should be welded to your
compressor outlet to aid in mating up with this kit effectively.
Send your turbo to VAC or 666 and we can offer this service for
just $99.
This requires you to send your compressor housing, we will supply
and weld on the proper elbow and return the compressor with your
piping kit.
- These kits are hand made with care, one at a time to your very
own specifications. This means they are special order, and may
take 2-4 weeks for completion.

VAC Tech Tip:
Don't even bother looking at an "Ebay" turbo kit; get this IC kit,
a quality manifold and turbo: this is SO much better and cheaper in
the long run than other DIY turbo kits. It fits directly, performs
excellent and can work into nearly any budget!
