Due to the fact that modifying cheap $200-500 headers is either
costly, or very very time consuming for the DIY, we simply don't
carry products that are inconsistent. Rather, we prefer to offer
these affordable, yet well fitting headers from Agency Power, who

gain over stock.

As one of the finest automobiles delivered from BMW, the E46 M3 has
lived up to all its expectations as a true performance car. As
enthusiasts try to squeeze any additional horsepower out of the
inline 6 power plant, Agency Power has made it much easier with the
release of their performance racing headers.
The 321 stainless steel headers are a direct bolt on in replacement
of your factory headers. The headers replace the factory catalysts
and are to be used for racing applications. The headers have thick
flanges and amazing welds to insure longevity and strength compared
to the competition. Each pair of headers includes the necessary
oxygen sensor bungs. In addition to improving upon horsepower, the
headers will also help achieve low end torque for the “off the
line” power feeling.
Headers are sold as a complete set to fit the 01-05 BMW M3 E46
vehicles. Headers fit both the SMG and 6speed manual transmission
cars. Professional installation is recommended. All Agency Power
products come with a 90 Day limited warranty.

Please Note:
Like all headers, on US spec cars, these headers replace the
factory header/cats and eliminate the stock catalysts. It is
important to know that this is not legal for street use.

Feedback about S54 headers...
We often get asked about our experience with "Ebay headers" and
it’s always been a roll of the dice.
When coming from sources that are not controlled, that simply blow
out mass produced items to the lowest bidder, you don't know if
your headers are going to be getting headers as "shown in the
picture" or not.
Many S54 headers we have seen have awful O2 sensor fitment, or are
impossible to install, and some don't even clear the floor of your
car. About 1 in 8 properly fit when tested.
If we could sell you headers that worked perfectly for $300, we
would be happy too... but until we find them, we recommend our
confirmed choices above in each price range.
