EXTREME 1300 ( A.K.A. EXTREME STERLING): Jet Hot's
"Extreme Sterling" coating is an affordable choice for most
naturally aspirated BMW customers: Jet Hot's bright-looking
coating; it looks classic with a metal-like finish that will never
turn blue / brown/ gold like chrome or stainless. Works well to
keep exhaust heat where it belongs; in the exhaust and out of your
engine bay!
This coating easily withstand temperatures up to 1300-1,400ºF and
can actually withstand temps up to 1,700ºF for short bursts of
time. Will reduce skin temps on pipes by about 400ºF or more.
Very low maintenance; easily cleaned with soap and water. You can
use any non-abrasive aluminum polish to bring out the shine if it
ever gets dirty. This coating works great on normally aspirated
engines and any metal parts that need to have a show quality finish
without turning... This coating is also great for
Supercharged applications, also on pipes that have turned dull or
pealed with other high-temp coatings.

associated with forced induction applications because it offers
such high effectiveness at controlling temperature. Capable of
withstanding temperature environments of 1,300 – 2,000 F.

induction street applications- or any job where the customer wants
