The Quaife QSR kit replaces the standard internals of the AE86's OEM manual rack with those of a lower ratio. Turning is from the standard 3.5 turns lock-to-lock down to just 2.5.
This low ratio makes it ideal for the skilled racer, rallyer or drifter who wants the fastest most direct upgrade from the slower original manual steering.
