The Sportster CS represents a highly sought
after design from Recaro; the hybrid Shell/Reclining seat.
A new style recently popularized; this design offers a ridged,
race-styled seat with the practicality of a sport seat for your
every day driver or weekend toy.
Recaro is one of the few manufacturers who's seats are OEM factory
equipped in fine automobiles such as Aston Martin, Audi, Ferrari,
Porsche and VW.
Not only does this seat look fantastic and modern in any BMW
from E30 to E90, it is very comfortable without being too wide for
most people.
These Recaros are nearly identical to the OEM BMW Performance
seats that are factory options in Europe.
Supportive in all the right place, it
has a little more room in the base than it's main rival, the Cobra
Misano. It is slightly wider than the Recaro Speed/SRD as well.
Comfortable yet supportive for nearly any size occupant. These
seats are finished in a high quality synthetic leather that very
closely matches the smooth feel and look of the genuine article.
Conversely, you can select genuine leather above if you like.
For a comfortable and wide sport seat, this will fit in a lot of
applications; popular with many Porsche 911 and 3 series
owners.
Install Note:
The Sportster CS is a bottom mount seat, therefore it does not use
a setup like our VAC Race Seat Installation Kit and uses Recaro
specific adapters.
