SPC's camber/caster plates utilize their unique and slim multi-adjustable design: this means these strut mounts fit your BMW E36 and are made to not increase ride height Vs. OEM strut mounts. a very big factor when using springs and not coilover kits.
Complete replacement for original upper strut mount, this OE style bearing provides similar rotational compliance while not rattling like some poor quality spherical-bearing designs can.

Notes:
-For struts with adjustable damping, special order tool 72095 is recommended
-If your E36 is experiencing irregular tire wear or under steer after lowering, camber adjustment kits can help. We also recommend firm FCAB bushings to alleviate this problem.

These camber/caster plates are compatible with OEM diameter replacement struts (Sachs, Bilstein, etc), this means larger diameters struts (like D/A Koni) and coilover setups with non-OE size springs will require a plate from Ground Control instead.
These Camber plates are meant to be used with a full size spring like OE, Eibach, H&R, Voightland, TC Kline… and also specific coilover kits that use a full sized spring like Bilstein PSS9 /PSS10 coilovers.
