The turbo down-pipe set for the 135i & 335i is a beautiful and durable design, crafted from 304 stainless, for a lifetime upgrade.
As with all Supersprint products, mandrels bends and the finest hardware is used exclusively.

As with nearly every turbocharged automobile, BMWs down pipes are made to function for emissions and be cost effective, nothing more. They are bent irregularly and are fitted with flow choking pre-cats. Just like other vehicles, this is a major restriction that can unlock much greater performance and reliability.
The design of the Supersprint down pipes takes advantage of all the space available and frees the exhaust gas flow dramatically. Lowering unwanted heat accumulation, and power robbing back pressure. Piping diameter now remains constant all along the down pipes and the pre-catalytic converters are eliminated!
