At VAC we have made tremendous power gains with the Supersprint
products, especially their headers! Buy with confidence knowing
your investing in a product that truly gets results on the
E36...
The engineers at Supersprint realize that for maximum performance,
exhaust development must begin at the exhaust ports of the cylinder
head. This is why Supersprint has the largest variety of racing
header systems in the world today.
Each header incorporates CNC laser cut port matched flanges.
Primary tubes are mandrel bent using the latest CNC tube bending
equipment. With special tooling Supersprint has been able to keep
weld joints to a minimum for added reliability. The fully appointed
R&D department uses the latest in prototyping equipment along
with the reliability and accuracy of a MAHA "all wheel drive"
chassis dyno.
With over 50 years in performance exhaust development they have
earned the confidence of many of Europe's most respected tuners.
Each header is 100% stainless steel.
VAC recommends using Supersprint Euro-fitment Performance
Headers on your M50 or S50 powered E36, or E30 w/ M50 swap when you
want to make the best power gains.
On the E36, it should be used in conjunction with BMW-Euro or
Supersprint Euro exhaust components. However, you may also have an
exhaust shop mate your new Superspint header to teh rest of your
system (it is not a direct bolt on).
Tech Tip: US M3s can swap to all Euro sized components
for much better performance at the cost of emissions compliancy,
like this header, and the Supersprint Euro center section.
Supersprint:
- Dyno Tested and Designed
- Spot-on Fitment and Quality Workmanship

A note about buying quality headers:
More than ever, customers are savvy to products that are on the
market that offer great bang for the buck. No one will tell you
that Superspint are a "cheap" product, however there are "copycat"
headers that we have tested Vs. the authentic Superspint. While
many perform well, we have seen that they typical require many more
hours for installation, and for customers who track- we have
seen many of these headers fracture while running hard. We
have never had a Supersprint fail on one of our race cars, but we
have had 'replicas' fail and cost customers a race. A little info
to help you make your next purchase an educated one.
