This is THE ULTIMATE header for your M5!

Supersprint's awesome headers for the S62 & M62 engine are a great upgrade when you want your V8 to have maximum muscle. These headers use what Supersprint calls a "Floating Collector System" this industry leading design allows for ease of install by separating all 8 primary tubes from the collector system. This feature permits the individual install of each primary tube in those hard to reach spaces, like your tight BMW!
The floating collector also allows for excellent thermal expansion to avoid cracking at the merge collector. Supersprint's proprietary spherical composite compression seals are held in place by eight heavy tension springs creating a leak proof joint.

But what is all this without power output?... Engineers at Supersprint realize that for maximum performance, exhaust development must begin at the exhaust ports of the cylinder head, so Each header incorporates CNC laser cut port matched flanges. Primary tubes are mandrel bent using the latest CNC tube bending equipment with special tooling so Supersprint has been able to keep weld joints to a minimum for added reliability.
The fully appointed R&D department uses the latest in proto typing equipment along with the reliability and accuracy of a MAHA "all wheel drive" chassis dyno. With over 50 years in performance exhaust development they have earned the confidence of many of Europe's most respected tuners.
This set works as a direct replacement for the factory manifolds on the E39 M5 & has been tested at a 30+WHP gain on the S62. Power is not easy to extract from this ultimate Bavarian, this makes these excellent headers practically a must have for the M5 and 540 enthusiast!
