The VAC Front Subframe Reinforcement Set lets you reinforce or
repair a know weak point on the E30 chassis.
When running, engine vibrations gets transferred to the only place
they can...the mounting points on the crossmember/ subframe and the
drive train.
...You may not have even thought to check this on your personal
car, but catch it before it can cause a damage.
This is especially problematic with the 'buzzy' S14 in the M3, or a
heavily modified or turbo M20 or M42.
By using this kit you can prevent subframe warpage and cracking
(sometimes seen as cracked/blistering paint around engine mount
attachment points) and eliminate costly repairs down the road.
