Our Stud Conversion Kits for your classic M3 are a direct
replacement for the factory BMW lug bolts; made with great pride
and expertise in Philadelphia USA.
Many sanctioning bodys and track day events require your BMW to
use wheel studs, plus; it’s much easier to mount and dismount your
wheels with studs rather than the cumbersome bolts.
Our high grade studs are tough enough for track duty or street
duty- because your BMW may be very fast and powerful, we want to
offer the best product possible and manufacture these to our
stringent requirements.

for most aftermarket wheels.
Our Kits include heavy duty steel nuts, that can take abuse and
not weigh down your wheel and tire package. Go ahead, use them on a
street or race vehicle; they don't break a sweat.
Though many studs look the same, our studs are truly an
exclusive product of VAC. The difference? Our studs are
manufactured here in Philadelphia USA under the highest standards

Strength and functionality at an affordable price.
Our studs allow the use of spacers or wider wheels SAFELY. They
are much more convenient than lug bolts, and they don't wear the
wheel hubs out as the studs stay on the wheels Vs. lug bolts that
stress threads every time they are screwed in.
Stronger than lug bolts, they are also more friendly when swapping
wheels (a chore with wheel bolts!) or any time you take the wheels
off to service the car (brakes, suspension, ect)
We offer two styles: Hybrid Studs
& Dry-Lube Performance Studs:
Hybrid Studs: (Sorry, due to demand we
are currently sold out in 70mm) Super high strength light
weight and easy to install. Heat treated, hardened and tempered
with a black zinc phosphate plating to resist corrosion. These are
great for any vehicle that wants to switch to studs on or off the
racetrack. SAFETY FIRST with these, super strong!
Dry-Lube Type: As above, instead with a dry-lubricant
layer for super fast wheel changes. Greatly improve the job of
installing and removing wheels by allowing lug nuts to smoothly
glide on and off and helping prevent galling or cross-threading.
Buy these if fast pit times are of #1 importance.
Techs's Install Notes:
-Always installs studs into hubs using blue 'Loctite' or equivalent
thread locker for your safety (NOT the nuts on the stud during
install), apply a max 25lb-ft of torque into the hub.
-A torque wrench is always best to apply wheel nuts, we recommend
between 80-maximum 90 ft/lbs
Please install studs into hubs using blue thread
lock compound for best results.
