Our VAC Motorsport trigger wheel 'clamps' onto the back of the factory S14 crank damper providing one of three (or custom ordered) trigger wheel outputs compatible with any conceivable ECU setup.
This fashion of mounting has proven itself on street and race engines and does not require pressing, drilling, or tapping of any kind. This ensures that you have a problem free install and that the trigger wheel will not vibrate itself out of true or warp the damper while installing like other trigger wheel setups.

*36-2 is typically the most popular wheel for the S14 with most ECUs. This is the recommended wheel for the KMS kit as well*

VAC Tech Notes:
Both VAC and now MoTec recommend 12 evenly-spaced for MoTec ECU installs on S14s. It is also imperative to mark the location of the set screws on the crank pulley, spot drill them, and then retain the screws with blue loctite.
