better than stock spec by maintaining close tolerances and
utilizing state of the art engine equipment. Yet, we still keep
pricing more than competitive for the excellent quality
delivered.
All engine work is done with care, in house by the same master
engine builders that build all of our race engines. Our processes
let us optimize quality control, and deliver to you the best
re-manufactured cylinder heads available. This is the cylinder head
to choose if you simply want to enjoy the reliability and like new
performance your BMW had when new, and want the job done right.
Our Remanufactured Cylinder Heads feature the following:
- Complete disassembly, full cleaning, check & pressure
test
- Inspect all Timing Components For Irregular Wear
- Precision Multi-angle Valve Job using Serdi Equipment
- Replacement of Worn Valve Guides
- Machine Reconditioning of Valves (never hand lapped)
- New OE Valve Seals
- Trueness Tested & Resurfaced Face
- Final OEM tolerance and spec check
Keep in mind, not all remanufactured heads are equal:
VAC heads must always meet our high standards of quality, while
most others just want to satisfy their warranty period. Who will

- A Core cylinder head is required for all head work,
please call or email if you will no be supplying us with a head for
updated core market price.
- This price does not include installation of camshafts.
