We have built the S54 engine for a variety of racing series and
customers from BMW Club Racing, NASA, endurance racing ,
Hill-climb, Road Rally, Grand Am and beyond, but what if you need a
civil and smooth engine that can be both a beast and a pet?
Our S54 engine program includes many options, but one that we
affectionally call the "CSL Killer" may be just what your looking
for.
Basically a de-tuned race engine, the CSL Killer is capable of
putting more power to the wheels than your engine currently
generates to the crank; all on the OEM ECU and without increasing
displacement! A civil, drivable engine will let you cruse to your
destination, or dominate at the track while keeping the S54 nearly
as reliable as 100% Stock*
Some of you will want a wild looking engine like in our picture,
but for those who want a totally OE appearing (and even sounding)
engine, this is also possible.
Depending on your supporting mods like exhaust and intake,
375-395BHP can be generated breathing through a street exhaust and
intake system, all without the use of Alpha/N tuning. Of course, if
you can live with a little more aggressive nature in your engine,
400+ BHP is easily available to those who need it, and even
more with the addition of our stroker kit for totally
otherworldly NA performance.

*As with any engine making more
power, increase in engine wear is to be expected, but this engine
can enjoy many years as street driven transportation.
