This exotic swap centers around BMWs highest performing
naturally aspirated inline 6 available, the awesome S54!
This swaps offer exclusivity, intoxicating sound, and wild
performance even on a 100% stock engine, plus each one of our swaps
is executed with the clean, reliable install you desire.
As BMW experts in each field of performance tuning, we can maintain
a factory-OE like appearance, or execute a build with race
functionality, or anything in between. We are very proud to say
that this includes the high refinement and driving comfort for
those that desire a vehicle that's both fast but very usable in any
scenario.
Creature comforts like A/C and power steering can be retained, and
all OEM gauges can work like factory. You have the choice to retain
the high-technology featuers of the S54 like dual-VANOS and
Drive-by-wire with OEM like drivability and improved
performance.
A typical swap on chassis that are already manual
transmission include:
New slave cylinder, New clutch, flywheel of choice, computer
harness and ECU, Engine/Trans of your choice, and other needed
accessories.
Other upgrades are optional. Some customers elect to use a 6-speed
transmission, in witch case we also recommend the rear
differentials final drive be changed.
A plethora of ECU options, engine upgrades, and whatever else you
can dream up are available.

over north America, call us today and talk to one of our Techs
about your swap needs! We do it all in house including full
restoration, suspension and body work.
This is a swap service that we offer in-house. As this is
a bit more complex than average work, we cannot offer a "parts kit"
for this swap at this time. However, we can offer what is
needed to swap the engine physically into the car, the oil system,
and the ECU solutions.
Notes about this swap with Euro engines:
Due to their high cost, and lower performance relative to the S54,
we no longer source S50 Euro engines but can offer a swap service
on request if the euro engine is provided.
The standard S50B30 euro is a capable swap and being OBD-1 is a
very simple job akin to a US spec S50 or M50 swap. We recommend a
standalone ECU on the S50B32.
- We can source a clean used S54 engine, along with offering a
warranty if you desire.
