Many times a week there are calls we receive from shops and customers all over the world that go like this:
"The car was running great with it's supercharger kit/turbo. Then without notice the car blew its head gasket! What do I need to fix this once and for all?"

The one-two combination of our VAC Head Gasket and ARP Hardware is unbeatable! Tested at over 1,000HP on the S54, there is nothing better than this for quickly and permanently fixing your head gasket issues without using a cutting head gasket or "O-ringing" the block.
Compatible with both standard, and sleeved engines, our gaskets are made to our own specs based on thousands sold and the results have been spectacular.
Of course; this kit is also works perfectly for the naturally aspirated tuners among us that want ultimate reliability from the head gasket: just select the .030 or .040 thickness that fits your needs, or call/email us with your questions.

  • Select what engine you have and what thickness head gasket you would like from the drop down menu and you will get your Forced Induction solution in one box.
  • .030 is stock thickness and most popular choice. Works well if your head has only been very lightly resurfaced, your gasoline/petrol quality is good, and your cooling system is in order.
  • .040 thickness is a good choice for after your head has been resurfaced more than .005 along with a supercharger or bolt on turbo kit like those from HPF... this is especially important in hot climates or where poor quality gas is common as it very, very slightly drops compression.
  • .70 drops compression dramatically to allow high boost levels from a S/C or turbo making over 10PSI (The S54 is capable of great power levels from boost at stock compression ratio, factory internals may not tolerate higher power levels so this is typically not a recommended setup). Sometimes used for custom turbo setups on pump gas without methanol injection and/or with poor quality fuels.
