- Gold Line Pistons: Forged from resilient 2618-T6 aluminum alloy. Features an internal double-bridge architecture alongside a top galvanic crown coating to shield against severe heat cycles.
- Gold Line Rods: Forged from proprietary 34CrNiMo6 steel. Heat-treated to 44–46 HRC for high tensile load capacities under intense cylinder pressure.
- Hardware: Ships with ItalianRP 2500 series high-strength rod bolts.
2. Platinum Line Option
The absolute peak of ItalianRP engineering, built for setups gunning for 1,500+ WHP.
- Platinum Line Pistons: Skeletonized 2618 aircraft-grade billet design to drop mass. Built with an advanced triple-bridge architecture, lateral gas porting for immediate high-pressure ring seals, and a multi-layer thermal barrier crown coating.
- Platinum Line Rods: Cut from pure, vacuum-melted 35NCD16 motorsport steel. Dual cryogenically treated to 55 HRC, yielding an extreme 2,100 MPa strength profile while shaving substantial reciprocating weight.
- Hardware: Upgraded standard to premium ARP Custom Age 625+ rod bolts.
