CNC Machined Brackets are designed to fit a Porsche 996 Brembo front caliper to the E36 M3 front spindle. Two rotors options are available for this brake kit. The first option is the standard E46 M3 325x28mm front rotor. The standard E46 M3 rotor with fit with 17 inch wheels. Utilizing standard E46 M3 rotors requires 12mm to be machined from the mounting boss of the caliper. We offer this service for an additional charge.
The other rotor option is for 18 inch wheels only, but requires no modification to the calipers. The E46 M3 CSL 345mm floating rotor is a bolt on setup for this bracket an a 996 caliper.

Note: You may use the standard rear rotors or two piece rear floating motorsport rotors (they are the same dimensions).

Brackets are made from 7075-T6 Aluminum and MIL spec black anodized for corrosion resistance. The studs are made from 17-4 PH pre-hardened stainless steel. Calipers are secured to the bracket/stud combo with supplied aircraft jet nuts and washers.

Calipers used for this conversion are Front Calipers from the 1999-2004 Porsche 996 (non-turbo), the Boxster S or the Cayman S. All these calipers are made from the same Brembo casting.

The Porsche caliper part numbers for this conversion are:
996.351.425 (driver side)
996.351.426 (passenger side)

Calipers will vary in color between Porsche model and options, but the castings will be the same as will the piston sizes. A pair of calipers can regularly be found between $350 and $450. If you are having trouble finding calipers for that price, please contact us. We may just have a pair of calipers to sell within that price range.

These rear brackets will fit both E36 and E46 non-M cars. They are to be paired with either E46 M3 rear rotors or E38 750i rear rotors. The E38 750i rear rotors are the same 328x20mm size and offset as the E46 M3 rear rotor, but have a smaller parking brake to help retain that function.

**The E46 330 uses a larger parking brake like the E46 M3, so use E46 M3 rear rotors on the 330i and 330Ci.

Calipers used for this conversion are Rear Calipers from the 1999-2004 Porsche 996 (non-turbo), the Boxster S or the Cayman S. All these calipers are made from the same Brembo casting.

The Porsche caliper part numbers for this conversion are:

996.352.421 (driver side)

996.352.422 (passenger side)

The pair of rear brackets come with 4 bolts and washers to secure the calipers.

Note: There is no machining required for the rear calipers to fit with this bracket.

CNC Machined Brackets designed to fit a Porsche 996 Brembo rear caliper to the E36 M3 rear mounts. The rotor used is the E46 M3 328x20mm rear rotor. You may use the standard rear rotors or two piece rear floating motorsport rotors (they are the same dimensions).

NOTE: These adapters work for the E36 M3 coupe/sedan AND MZ3 roadster/coupe!

Brackets are made from high strength steel and cad plated for corrosion resistance. The bolts are high grade steel 10.9. Calipers are secured to the bracket with supplied bolts and lock washers.

Although we are the only producers of this bracket, similar style brackets for other vehicles sell for $350 to $500 per pair.

Calipers used for this conversion are Rear Calipers from the 1999-2004 Porsche 996 (non-turbo), the Boxster S or the Cayman S. All these calipers are made from the same Brembo casting.

The Porsche caliper part numbers for this conversion are:

996.352.421 (driver side)

996.352.422 (passenger side)

These brake lines work with both Rally Road Front Z06-M3 Brake Kit and Front Porsche Brembo Big Brake Kit. They are a DOT approved, high quality piece. The lines have a rubber grommet installed which locates it to the strut housing and prevents chafing of the line.

They are an excellent alternative to the Stoptech BBK rear brake lines. Installation is made easier with the elimination of banjo fitting and copper crush washers. Simply screw the small male fitting into the caliper and connect the brake line.

Note: A single copper crush washer is used and included for the Z06 calipers. This crush washer is not required on the Porsche calipers since the fitting provided seats within the caliper as per the OEM brake line design.

Made to properly reach the rear Porsche Brembo caliper when installed on an E36 BMW. Even if you already have stainless rear lines, this line will need to be replaced for proper fitment.

Rally Road's custom brake lines have a fitting that attaches to the caliper. You then attach the swivel fitting on the brake line to the fitting on the caliper. This eliminates the hassle of spinning the caliper onto the brake line and hoping it doesn't end up twisting the line once in position.
