Finally, a solution for headers and cats on an E46 Non M!
Less radical than race pipes, and wow, what a value!
Headers and high flow cats are one of the mods that E36 & E46 M3 enthusiast have been
enjoying for years; but sadly, these mods have never been easy to find
for the fun to drive E46 non-M models.
Now we have something for you! This package contains a complete center system in 304 stainless steel, with C.N.C. cut flanges and metallic-core high flow cats;
all in one box!
We were excited when we found this and the value is excellent... Compatible with your factory,
or a replacement performance muffler and T.I.G. welded for durability. Oxygen sensor bungs are in place in the header
and after cats for a flexible installation.
These kits add Horsepower and Torque so you can expect strong gains in low RPM power as well as a improvement in high RPMs.
Dyno results show 13WHP and 19Ft/Lbs at the wheels without any additional
tuning. You can even expect more with an ECU flash.

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS IN ENTIRETY BEFORE PLACING AN
ORDER
The system includes various pipes to allow it to fit nearly all
configurations one finds on the Non-M E46. Due to this, some adjustments
to the piping are likely to be necessary in order to install this
system on your personal E46. We highly recommend you let a BMW specialized workshops that has
exhaust fitting experience install this system.
-In order to make the system fit 6-speed models, the catalysts has to be
moved rearward in order to create space for the longer 6-speed
transmission, the pipes for this lengthening the system are not included
in the kit, and need to be welded by a professional.
-We recomend that when installing, you reuse the center hanger. You may cut the hanger for the middle section off
your original system, and weld it on the high flow system, in
order to use the original rubber mounting location again.
-To create more space between the heat shield and the bottom of the car, place 4 nuts between the shield and the bottom of the car. Originally
there are 2 sheilds under the car, but after installing this system there will
only be need for the one.

Fitment Notes:
-Fitment by an experienced exhaust fabricator is typically 5-7.5 hour(s).
-Do not start the job by attempting to lengthen the 02 sensor wires. If you take
them out of the harness holders, and place them behind the engine, over the transmission,
lengthening is typical not necessary.
Tech Notes:
-This system is sold expressly "for off road use only" as we cannot guaranty emissions compliance with this system in all stats and in all areas.
-This system makes the car louder than OEM, if you are sensitive to sound
levels, we recommend to install a sport muffler that isn't too loud.
-Legal in CA only for race / off road use.
