Note: This Plug-in features a new 4 pin powered CAN connector and cannot use the old CANPCB cable for CAN connection. Use the CANJST4 (Code 101-0198) cable for connecting CAN devices. This new 4 pin port and cable provide not only the CAN connection, but also a protected 12V power supply and ground for powering the CAN devices. The power supply is protected by a self-resetting fuse rated at 3A continuous.

Introducing the Quaife Honda B-series 5-speed sequential gearkit, the QBE9J, which was developed in response to the overwhelming demand following the success of the Quaife Honda K20 5-speed sequential gearkit.

Similar to its K20 counterpart, the QBE9J is designed to seamlessly replace the original H-pattern gearbox while retaining the stock bellhousing. Quaife has engineered a specially designed main case and cover, ensuring a straightforward installation process. The gearkit features close ratio, open-face dog gears that are complemented by Quaife's advanced quick shift internals, resulting in precise and rapid gear changes suitable for racing applications.

The QBE9J allows for the reuse of the open differential or the option to upgrade to a plate-type LSD or a Quaife ATB differential. A high strength 80mm shaft centre design with all alloy casings enables QBE60G to handle up to 375bhp.

QBE60G features a modular gear cluster, allowing easier interchangeability of gear ratios and fewer moving parts, while a drum type sequential gearchange system is allied to an open face dog design on both gear and drive disc. This produces a positive, ultra-fast gearshift – an optional Quaife approved ‘intelligent’ semi-automatic paddle shift is also available.

Free running gears are supported by needle roller bearings to ensure a robust geartrain, while a choice of ratios and numerous gear lever position options allows customers a wide scope for optimising QBE60G to suit their individual requirements.

This package comes with the bellhousing to suit the S2000 F20C engine. Please note a new sliding propshaft will be required to replace the standard fixed propshaft.

Both helical and straight-cut (spur) gears are available on the QBE60G. The former enables the QBE60G to appeal to ‘fast road’ customers where gear noise is a critical issue.
