If you look at the current technology available to the BMW enthusiast; its clear that there are many Koni and Bilstein based solutions for the damper and coilover customer. While these have their place, all of these are based on decades old technology that has its inherited limitations as mass produced products.
For those that love products that deliver outstanding performance, and quality- with the understanding that these cost a bit more; we are very happy to provide them with the JRZ RS1 damper kit. Available for a growing list of high-end late model BMW chassis, RS series shocks and struts represent the latest technology developed from professional racing dampers and offer this technology to the enthusiast.

The most obvious improvement of what these offer over the old standards is amazing handling with terrific ride quality. That means even with lower ride heights, higher spring rates, and aggressive driving; the chassis is far more composed than any typical mass produced shock, even over rough pavement and on your favorite back road.
Near there softest settings, they offer ride that is typically more comfortable, and faster than even OEM on the street. For the times when you wish to go to the track, you may quickly adjust the suspension stiffer for smooth- high grip surfaces, and expect sharp and athletic response suitable for a true track day car. NO other suspension offers this level of adjustment to such a high degree at the RS!

Damper Kit: What About Springs?: Springs are NOT included with the RS1 Damper kits. The RS damper kits are meant to be used with the OE, or direct replacement spring sets like Swift, Eibach, H&R or ACS sport springs. We can also sell them in a bare coilover configuration on request We have following kit that are a popular match for the damping traits of the RS series: JRZ Recommendation: Eibach or AC Schnitzer Sport Springs: Less roll and far more controlled than OEM with *better than factory* ride quality.  ACS springs offer slightly more performance than Eibachs sports springs and are a great match for both street and cars that see the track on weekends. Specific spring packages will match your chassis selection above. Available for: M3 hardtops and Cabrios, 1M as well as Non M 335i and 135i models. [Note: while ACS lists a (1.2") drop front and rear, JRZ shocks have been known to keep close to stock ride height: If a lower height is requested, we recommend a JRZ RS1 coilover kit with street appropriate spring rates] Camber Plates: Camber plates are not required. However, adding these street-friendly, track proven Ground Control camber plates allows for more front camber for aggressive turn it characteristics and high levels of grip. Improve the dampers ability to sense road conditions while not adding an appreciable amount of cabin noise. A recommended addition to your kit for excellent performance!
