VAC Recommended and excellent for:

High performance and dual street/track application BMWs, as well as other vehicles of the same nature specifying a 5W-30 or 10W-30 oil.
High revving applications, Honda, Toyotas, Nissan and other highly stressed 5w-30 applications.
Diesel 5W-30 or 10W-30 applications.

*Keep in mind, while this oil is great for your engine, this oil does not meet current API for gasoline emissions systems. It may reduce the life of catalytic converters and O2 sensors.
