Crafted with aerospace-grade alloys, including the robust EV8-Z18, these valves undergo a meticulous two-step slow forging process to ensure optimal grain flow and minimize material structure damage.

Maintaining molecular integrity is paramount, achieved through a rigorous 48-hour heat treatment and stress-relieving process. The valves boast avionics-quality hard chrome and a specially applied hard tip for enhanced performance.
With a standard size of 30.1mm for intake and 28.5mm for exhaust, their triple groove design ensures top-notch efficiency.
