Description

We only sell BMW's OEM continental contitech belts for your vehicle. From our experience this is the belt to run.

Due to bushing and bracket deflection of the accessories that can effect the S14 engine, belt miss-alignment can adversely affect belt life. Be sure to inspect your drive belts every 8-15,000 miles.
Any sign of wear like: cracks, dry-rotting, missing teeth, or worn grooves, or "squeaky" noise or slipping; it's time for a new belt.

For best reliability, belts should be replaced on your S14 every 30k or 5 years, no longer.
