Take the BMW S58 to 3.42 liters with the VAC Motorsports BC S58 3.4L Stroker Kit, built for high-horsepower street, drag and competition engine builds.
This complete rotating assembly increases the factory S58's 90mm stroke to 100.6mm and, when combined with an 85mm bore, increases displacement from 3.0L to approximately 3.42L.
At the center of the package is a lightweight 4340 billet steel stroker crankshaft paired with 4340 MOAR I-Beam connecting rods rated by the manufacturer for 1,800+ horsepower. The rods use premium ARP Custom Age 625+ fasteners.
Custom CP forged aluminum pistons complete the combination and can be configured for the required bore and compression ratio. Upgraded 9310-series wrist pins are included standard along with a complete performance ring package.
The entire rotating assembly is fully system balanced and ready for installation.

Building the full 85mm-bore 3.42L combination requires the S58 block to be properly prepared for the larger bore.
VAC Motorsports flanged S58 cylinder sleeves are available as an option with the stroker kit, giving customers the ability to purchase the rotating assembly and sleeve package from one source.
The additional 100.6mm stroke also requires slight block clearancing.
