The VAC 4-Pin Crank Hub is CNC-machined with extreme precision to prevent the valve timing and oil pump chains from spinning independently. Its 4-pin design locks the hub to the crank nose, ensuring the assembly stays accurate under high stress and high RPM. By combining the crank hub and timing sprocket into a single billet unit, VAC reduced the stock 3-piece assembly to 2 pieces, improving rigidity and reliability.
