VAC Motorsports E46 M3 S54 Billet Power Pulley Kit – 2 or 3 Piece Ultra-Lightweight

Our pulleys are precision made from domestic USA 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum. We have thousands of proven hours in testing, race use and street miles accumulated to tell us these pulleys work great and give you the edge.

Each are precision zero-balanced and inspected for zero-runout for the best performance and to have no adverse affects on reliability, noise, or vibration.

Many competitors have tried but no one duplicates the quality of our in house CNC'ed components as all our products are designed, created and manufactured in house by BMW enthusiasts.

Our kits are offered in Ultra Light weight configurations of 2 or 3 pulleys. 

Ultra Light: In the development of our S54 race engine program, we created our Ultra-Light pulley set; our most optimized design yet.
By machining to drop maximum weight we find the perfect blend of strength, light weight and measured performance. This design is on 100s of street and racing cars around the world.

2 Pulley Street Performance Kits: This kit includes our precision power steering pulley, water pump pulley and drive belt (OE Contitech Brand). We have seen 8hp and 7 ft/lbs. to the wheels on otherwise stock street cars. This is fine for stock cars, track day cars and even cars with upgraded audio or in car entertainment gear and want high and steady voltage output from their alternator.

3 Pulley Racing Performance Kits: A very popular choice: just like our 2 pulley set but we include an underdriven alternator pulley for maximum power output on the track. We have seen 11hp and 9 ftlbs to the wheels on otherwise stock racing cars with this kit.
