When a 6'6" customer couldn't get comfortable behind the wheel of his new BMW, we designed a precision billet aluminum seat extender kit that adds the legroom taller enthusiasts have been waiting for.
Driving too close to the steering wheel isn't just uncomfortable--it's unsafe in the event of a crash. Our Big Man Certified Seat Extenders relocate the factory seat mounting points rearward by up to 4" (100mm), creating as much as 6" (150mm) of added legroom depending on seat adjustment. The result? A safer, more natural driving position with OEM fit and finish.

🛠️ Installation Overview
Unbolt the factory seat from the floor (keep all wiring connected).
Position the VAC Seat Extenders in the OEM mounting locations.
Secure the extenders with the factory hardware up front and supplied hardware in the rear.
Torque all 8 bolts to OEM specifications.
Confirm seat slides and locks securely with no play.
Install Time: 30-45 minutes with basic tools.
