JB Racing Flywheel:
- JB Racing is the manufacture of some of the finest flywheels around; used by many professional race teams to do precision machining for engines and other driveline components. Their BMW flywheels are made with the same precision and quality that our customers and teams rely on.
This flywheel weighs only 8 lbs but it can be used on the track or street.

Clutchmasters Clutch disc: By adding a sprung hub disc, chatter and noise gained by adding a lightweight flywheel is greatly reduced or nearly eliminated. Depending on your car's use, we offer five performance options to match your needs:
- ClutchMasters FX100 - Performance Organic - Perfect replacement for stock & and mild bolt ons, chip exhaust etc. (excellent for: street and light track use) ** Reference Only **
- ClutchMasters FX200 - Kevlar - 70% higher capacity w/ easy engagement, great for cams and internal mods 2.3 to a mild 2.5. Very smooth on street.
- ClutchMasters FX300 - Segmented Kevlar - A favorite for highly built 2.5 that sees hard street and track day use. Kevlar surface has more bite, impressively smooth with an average 110% higher capacity.
- ClutchMasters FX400 - Ceramic - For hard use, gives up much smoothness for lots of power handling capability - great for track use; positive engagement. Also aggressively built turbo street cars that need maximum holding.
- ClutchMasters FX500 - Sintered Ceram-iron - Full race use only, non-sprung on/off style puck clutch. The choice for the full build, all track E30 M3 that can't afford a VAC clutch.
Pressure Plate: ClutchMasters increase the clamping force on the pressure plate by changing the lever action which adds a minimal amount of pedal stiffness compared to other methods. Also, they replace the straps with beefier pieces and add an additional layer for good measure; this has proven to be the Achille's heel on most pressure plates (as we have found with other clutches) and is a must for cars that will receive any extended hard use.
All kits include JB Racing aluminum lightweight flywheel, clutch disc / pressure plate stage of choice, plus needed bearings.
