We made a custom piece for a customers brand new E46 M3 so he could have quick access to a race grade dry chemical extinguisher in the event he ever needed it. When other drivers saw it, the requests came pouring in.

This bracket allows installation of an extinguisher under either the passenger or drivers side (or both) on your E36 & E46, allowing quick and easy access to the extinguisher in the event of an emergency. Comes in your choice of black or red.

Compatible with OEM seats or most any aftermarket seat, shown next to our VAC Floor Mount Adapters for illustration.

This bracket allows installation of an extinguisher under either the passenger or driver’s side (or both) on your E36 or E46, allowing quick and easy access to the extinguisher in the event of an emergency.

Kit Includes:

(1) Fire Extinguisher Mount Bracket

(2) M5 x 12 Button head cap screw

(2) M5 Washer

(2) M5 Nylock nut

To install, remove seat mounting bolts (front only). The VAC Fire Extinguisher Mount simply sandwiches between the chassis and the seat slider or VAC Floor Mount Adapter. Install so that the laser engraved logo faces upwards – this will center the fire extinguisher. Reinstall seat bolts.

If purchased with an extinguisher, remove extinguisher from bracket and secure it to the FEM using the supplied hardware.
