Looks very nicely made, but not installed or used yet since car is parked for winter now. I will say even though welding location should be relatively obvious, still would be nice if they included a diagram or instructions.

This fits properly, and was welded in with a MIG process with a spool gun. Due to the pan being an aluminum casting, this is a job for a pro welder. But it's a very quick and easy job. I combined this job with having my rod bearings done, because the big labor cost is dropping the subframe and getting the pan off. WARNING, this product is THE ONE that fits a 2011 N55. I previously got one, (not from VAC) that looked almost exactly the same, but the hole for the oil pickup was quite different and wrong, and had to be returned. I guess that was for N54?
