VAC Motorsports Subframe Reinforcement Kit Rear & Chassis, BMW E36

This 4-piece kit is added to reinforce the weak rear-subframe chassis mounts. Simply put, the E36 rear chassis has several weak points; the chassis mounting points for the subframe flex over the years causing fatigue to the metal and weakening to the point that torn mounting points can occur. This is not only expensive, causing severe damage to your cars chassis, but in extreme cases these failures could cause loss of control while cornering or accelerating.

Fitting this kit to the chassis offers the stiffness needed to prevent or repair this issues from occurring.

Tech & Install Notes:
To check if you already have signs of damage; check the (USA passenger side / right side) front mount followed by the USA drivers side rear mount. If any is detected get these mounts installed ASAP.
To install this kit the rear suspension, rear subframe, exhaust, and driveshaft are to be removed. It is also recommended that the back seat, rear interior, trunk interior, and fuel tank are removed and all fuel lines are covered to reduce the fire hazard during welding or repair.
